Rental of Facilities Information
The American Legion Grant Hodge Post 17 is lovingly maintained by the volunteers of the Grant Hodge Post 17 family. The hall is a 2,500 square feet space with seating for 90, accommodating 102 comfortably. Due to the historical age and nature of our building and its architectural features, accessibility, decorations, events, and hours of operation will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Rental Rates
(All rental fees listed below are subject to change due to time of year, number of attendees, and hours of events, or at the discretion of GRANT HODGE POST 17.)
Private Event: (Monday- Thursday 2 pm- 9 pm) (Friday - Sunday 1 pm- 9 pm)
______ $300 non- Post 17 Legion Family/ 2200 VFW member.
______ $150 Post 17 Legion Family/ 2200 VFW members.
______ $0 No fee for Celebration of life or memorial for Post 17 Legion Family/ 2200 VFW members.
______ $100 rental fee for kitchen (all people handling food must have a current Washington State food handlers’ certificate in their possession)
______ $100/ hour after 9 pm.
______ +18% gratuity will be charged if the post provides Bartender and Hostess Services.
______ +$100 for corking fee if client has event banquet license for own alcohol service and we service it.
_______ Deposits is half the total fee and is due when reserving the Hall. The remaining balance will be due before the day of the event.
An additional $200 clean-up fee may be charged.
